Ordering, safety and delivery

How it works

What happens when you buy a Gmail account from us: how an order is placed, what is checked, what lands in your chat and the order to secure the mailbox afterwards. No storefront and no cart. Every order is handled by one person on Telegram.

TIMELINE & PROTOCOL

From message to delivery

A direct five step timeline from initial enquiry to working credentials in your hands.

Step 1

Message

You reach out to @tannhaus_support on Telegram stating account type, target region, and volume needed.

Step 2

Confirm

We check live inventory, state the exact registration date and region specs, and provide the quote.

Step 3

Pay

You complete payment via cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC) or an agreed payment channel.

Step 4

Receive logins

You get the address and the password, as plain text in the chat or as a .csv line. A 2FA order adds the 2FA key, and a recovery enabled order adds the recovery address.

Step 5

Change details

You log in under clean network conditions and update the email and password in the correct order.

What you receive

Account handover

What you receive and the exact sequence to secure your credentials after delivery.

In the handover

What lands in your chat

Single accounts are sent as plain text in the Telegram chat, so you can copy them straight into a password manager. Larger orders arrive as a .csv file, one account per line, with the same fields.

1

Sign in once and stop

Open the mailbox from a normal residential connection in the country the account was created in, and check the inbox loads. Do not change anything in this first session.

2

Clear any security prompt

If Google asks you to confirm it is you, answer it from that same session. Retrying from a second IP or a second browser is what usually turns a prompt into a lockout.

3

Swap the recovery email

In Google Account security, replace the recovery address with one you control and confirm it. Do this before the password, so a reset link can only reach you.

4

Change the password

Set a new password once the recovery address is confirmed, and store it somewhere you will still have it in six months.

5

Add your own two step method

Add an authenticator app or your own phone number, then change the display name. Give it a day of quiet before you connect the mailbox to anything.

The first week

The first week with a bought mailbox

How to settle into a mailbox without tripping an automated security check in the first few days.

Step one Day 1 to 2

Sign in and settle

Open the inbox from one device on one connection, read a few of the messages already in it, and leave the settings alone. Nothing is connected to the account yet.

visibility One device, one connection
Step two Day 3 to 4

Take ownership

Recovery address, password, then your own two step method, then the display name and photo. One change per session from the same connection, rather than all of them at once.

router One settings change per session
Step three Day 5 to 7

Start using it

Register the services you bought the mailbox for, a few at a time, and send a handful of ordinary messages before any volume. A quiet account that suddenly does everything on one afternoon is the pattern that gets flagged.

Risk

Safety

What the risk really is, what we do about it and what we will never ask you for.

warning

What the risk is

Google terms do not allow an account to be sold or transferred, so every bought mailbox carries risk. In practice the risk shows up as a verification prompt or a lock, and the usual triggers are a sudden jump in country, a datacentre IP, or bulk sending from an account that was quiet until that day.

What we do

We supply aged accounts, matched to a region as closely as stock allows, and we check that each one signs in before we hand it over. On a recovery enabled order the recovery address comes with the login, so the reset path is yours to take over, and we tell you when an account has none.

privacy_tip

What we never ask for

We never ask for your own Google password, an identity document or your phone number. There is no form to fill in on this site: the whole order happens in one Telegram chat.

Replacements

Replacement window

What a replacement covers, what it does not, and how to raise one.

Covered in the agreed window

Valid replacement grounds

  • check The password does not work on the first sign in, before anything has been changed.
  • check The account is already disabled or locked when you first try it.
  • check A recovery email was agreed for the order and the one delivered does not work.
  • check The age or region does not match what we agreed before you paid.
Not covered

User operational hazards

  • close Locks that follow bulk sending, scripted activity or anything that reads as spam.
  • close Locks after signing in through a datacentre proxy or a VPN range Google already distrusts.
  • close Suspensions that follow prohibited use of the mailbox or of any service signed up with it.
  • close Claims raised after the window agreed on your order has passed.

Bulk orders

Bulk orders

Batch sizes, how a batch is matched, what the handover file contains and when to split delivery.

inventory_2

Batch allocations

Orders from ten to several hundred mailboxes, matched on age range and region as closely as current stock allows. We tell you the spread you will actually get before you pay, rather than after.

Bulk starts at 10
data_object

Delivery format

One .csv file with a line per mailbox, written as address:password, or address:password:2fa where two step verification is set up. Session cookies can be included on request, in the same file. Plain text in the chat is available instead if you prefer it.

CSV or plain text
schedule

Paced delivery

A large order can be split and delivered as stock is ready, which also lets you check the first batch properly before the rest arrives.

Scheduled drops on request
Payment

Payment

How payment works for a single mailbox and for a bulk order.

Usual method

USDT (TRC20 & ERC20)

The usual route, because it settles quickly and the network fee is small.

Also accepted

Bitcoin & Ethereum

Both are accepted. We send the logins once the transfer has a network confirmation.

Repeat orders

Alternative arranged methods

If you order regularly and crypto does not suit you, ask on Telegram and we will see what can be arranged.

error Important

Zero prepayment policy

You pay only after we have confirmed the stock, the age range and the exact specs in writing in the chat. Nothing is owed before that.

A quote depends on age, region, phone verification and quantity, so it is given against what is in stock that day. Ask on Telegram and you get the figure in the chat.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions about the process

Straight answers on delivery, handover, replacements and payment.

How long does delivery take after payment? expand_more
A single mailbox that is already in stock goes out in the same conversation. A specific age range, a particular region or a large batch takes longer, and we agree the timing with you in the chat before you pay rather than quote a figure here.
Can I change the recovery email straight away? expand_more
Sign in first and confirm the inbox opens, from a normal residential connection in the account region. Then change the recovery address, and only after it is confirmed, the password. Doing all of it in the first minutes from an unfamiliar IP is what tends to trigger a security check.
What payment methods do you accept? expand_more
USDT on TRC20 or ERC20, Bitcoin and Ethereum. If you order regularly and need something else, ask in the chat.
How does the replacement window work? expand_more
Every order has a replacement window, agreed in the chat before you pay. If a mailbox does not sign in, is already locked, or does not match the age or region we agreed, send a screenshot inside that window and we check it and replace the account.
Do you need any of my personal information to complete an order? expand_more
No. No name, address, phone number or identity document. The order happens in a Telegram chat and is paid in crypto.
Can I get a batch that is all the same age? expand_more
We match a batch as closely as stock allows, and we can also spread it across several years on purpose if that suits you better. Say which you want when you message, and we will tell you what the batch actually looks like before you pay.
What happens if I lose the password later? expand_more
That is why the first thing to do is point the recovery address at a mailbox you control and add your own two step method. Once that is done, a normal Google reset reaches you. If you skip it and later lose the password, there is nothing we can do from our side.
Why order on Telegram instead of a checkout? expand_more
Because stock changes daily and the details matter: the age range, the region and whether you need a recovery enabled account all need confirming before you pay. A chat lets us check the exact accounts first, and leaves you with one person to come back to afterwards.
