1. What this site collects
This website is an information site. It has no contact forms, no accounts, no checkout and no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not use cookies to track you.
2. Stored in your browser
If you choose Light or Dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it next time. It is never sent to us. You can clear it by clearing your browser's site data.
3. Server logs
Like most websites, our web server and our hosting and security providers record basic technical details when a page is requested: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, and are not used to identify or profile visitors.
4. Third party content
To show the site correctly, your browser loads a few files from other providers, which can see your IP address when it does:
- Google Fonts, for the fonts and icons.
- cdnjs (Cloudflare), for the 3D animation on the home page.
Their own privacy policies apply to those requests. The emoji images are stored on our own server.
5. Messages on Telegram
When you message @tannhaus_support, we see your Telegram username and whatever you send us. We use it only to answer you, quote, deliver and support your order, including replacements.
Telegram itself handles the chat under its own privacy policy.
6. What we never ask for
- Passwords to your own Gmail or other personal accounts.
- ID documents or selfies.
- Bank or card logins.
If anyone asks you for these while claiming to be us, it is not us.
8. Your choices
You can ask us on Telegram to delete our copy of your order messages once your order and any replacement window are finished. You can also delete the chat from your own Telegram at any time.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
